Life evolves for us all. Dreams for the future become passions of our past as projects mature and seasons change. In the world of Web Design, technology puts a fast-forward spin on change as we adapt to a multitude of new screen sizes, mobile devices, and security updates. From my experience, a website redesign is necessary every 2-5 years and the average life expectancy of a website to go without changes is somewhere between 15 and 18 months.
As I nostalgically look back on the past decade or so of my web design career, I fondly recall all of the web development projects pictured below. Although many have already reached the end of their life span, the knowledge I’ve gained and the people I’ve met continue to enrich my life today!
